Cat + Claw creates botanical-based goods with our customers' health & wellness in mind! Dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainably-sourced products crafted with creativity and compassion, we set out in 2015 to change the way people think about not only what they put in their bodies, but what they put on them as well. Through specifically-sourced ingredients and packaging, Cat + Claw offers thoughtfully-made products that fit into everyone’s lifestyle!
We exist to provide accessible, safe, synergetic solutions founded in traditional methodology that pays tribute to the people and ancestral knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation. We want everyone to have access to products they know are good for them, harvested sustainably for the earth and plant-tenders, and honors the keepers of that traditional botanical knowledge. We’re dedicated to educating, equipping, and encouraging our community and to building a safe space where all can feel welcome just as they are.

Finding balance
Rooted in empathy, intentionality, equity, rest, and slow growth— our goal is to find a balance between consumption and consumerism by creating multitasking products for all skin types and ways of life! At Cat + Claw we prioritize kindness and community and believe in building relationships that work to nourish and uplift the people and the planet. We think everyone deserves the right to goods that enhance their lives and the lives of others without shortening them, but know that is currently a privilege given to so few. We strive for an anti-capitalist, anti-racist, community-centered future where we can treat ourselves, others, and the earth with compassion and co-create a new and just reality for all.
A note on sustainability
At Cat + Claw we do our best to source all of our herbs, oils, and ingredients from companies that support and practice organic, sustainable, and nonGMO agriculture; as well as Fair For Life, Zero Waste, Carbon Fund, Earth Share, Eco-Verified Forest Grown, and Salmon Safe businesses. We like to support small farms when we can who care just as much about sustainability and sustainable packaging as we do. Our containers are recyclable AND reusable and we avoid using plastic as much as possible during our packaging and manufacturing process. Cat + Claw’s goods are never tested on animals, nontoxic, and responsibly sourced and crafted. We believe a healthy planet = healthy people.
Meet Nicole
Hi friends! Nicole here! As a studying Herbalist and Environmental Analysis nerd, the vision I hold for Cat + Claw is clear and ever changing. I believe in educating people on the origins, cultivation, and medicinal properties of traditional botanicals and by doing so in a way that respects the people and the planet alike. I want this small women-run business (it’s just me!) to reflect my anti-capitalist, anti-racist, community-centered values and decenter power through making sustainable options more accessible.
My goal for Cat + Claw is to make herbal products and “wellness” (not self optimization!) accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford it. I want people to feel empowered with the decisions they make and most importantly, I want my business to be a reflection of my values— whether that’s emphasizing education over sales, fighting for racial equity, or compensating, acknowledging, and paying reparations to the OG and current tenders of these powerful plants! My passion lies with the people and the earth and bringing a greater awareness and connection between the two.
