If you are unhappy with one of your purchases, we would be more than happy to offer you a full refund. Simply get in touch via our Contact page or email us at hello@catandclawapothecary.com.

We are an extremely small business but your happiness means more to us than our bottom line. All we ask is that you get ahold of us within 14 days listing the reason for your return, and ship the product back with 3 weeks of the delivery date. Since we are so small, we are unable to pay for the cost of the return shipping, but we would love to know how to make your C+C experience better in the future.
